Hyderabad: Apollo Hospitals group is organizing a 3 Day Workshop on Anethesia and Chronic pain in Hyderabad from 31st July, 2015, yesterday. It will continue for more two days.

Apollo hospitals, Hyderabad is organizing a three-day workshop titled as Apollo International Hands-on Regional Anesthesia and Chronic Pain Workshop from 31st July onwards and the workshop is conducted by the doctors. The event is designed to provide the basic knowledge and skills for anesthesiologists.

Professor Dr Krishna Boddu who is a Co-director of International Medical Education, Government of Western Australia said that, the work shop will provide the basic information about the latest procedures in pain management. With this information even a less experienced practitioner will be able to conduct nerve blocks with confidence.

As per the sources, the workshop will be the host for main topics including blocking of transmission of pain at the source, how to control pain effectively, types of methods to treat chronic pain, Ultrasound Guided Regional Anesthesia and about the experience in chronic pain procedures on cadavers using portable X-ray machine and ultrasound machines.

The workshop will be conducted by the delegates who are familiar with nerve blocks and other chronic pain techniques using modern technology.
