Mumbai: Bollywood actor Ashutosh Rana supported actor Aamir Khan words about Intolerance India and he says it is not the correct way to blame him.

Aamir Khan still seems to be the hottest topic. On November 23rd, Aamir Khan while speaking at the Ramnath Goenka Excellence in Journalism said that India is an intolerant nation and his wife Kiran has asked him to step out of India as she cares more for her children.

He said that his wife fears for the atmosphere around and she even feels scared to open the newspapers. But the issue became so huge and everyone lashed out at him. However there were support as well as hatred for the actor. Now Ashutosh Rana has supported Aamir.

He said, “Aamir has done shows like Satyamev Jayate. We live in a vibrant country and it’s important to understand why a person like Aamir said something like that. Twitter just allows maximum of 140 Characters and within that limit we can’t decide whether the nation is having intolerance or not.”

Regarding returning the awards as a protest, Ashutosh said, “This is not the right time and it is wrong to politicize the issue.”
