Young rebel star Prabhas Diet and Gym Fitness Secrets have been revealed by the actor and say how he build up his body shape. As we know, Prabhas has gained a weight of 130 Kgs for his Sivudu role in the epic Telugu movie Baahubali. The actor mesmerized all lady fans and viewers through his giant physique in the film.

Now Mirchi actor again trained quite hard for a couple of months before he began shooting for Baahubali 2. As per latest updates, for Amarendra Baahubali role, Prabhas has gained extra 17 kilos weight in his upcoming film Baahubali: The Conclusion. Everyone curious about to know his diet and gym secrets  and here is the secret behind this.

Gym Fitness Management:

Prabhas has divided his workout and gym session into two parts. Morning session he practiced one and half hour and evening session he put another one and half hour. After that, he practiced Gym workouts at his home which has imported equipment from America. He does Cardiovascular exercises for 15 mins and Yoga for 15 mins and dumbles and stretching for extra time. Crossfit and plyometric are part of Prabhas daily cardio training.

 Diet Plan:

Strong nutritional support and healthy homemade food is the main secret behind Prabhas body fitness. Prabhas follows a balanced diet of vegetarian and non-veg food, ensuring Proteins and carbs are always in the diet plan. His everyday breakfast includes 42 egg whites, 250 grams chicken, and fresh fruits.

7 small meals comprising of brown rice, oatmeal, and veg salads along with fibrous carbs like broccoli, spinach, pasta with some garnishing serve his lunch.

1 and a half scoops of readymade protein powder after a workout during morning and evening along with soup or milk before going to bed.
