Banasthali university admissions 2016 are opened. Check the BUAT exam online application, exam dates and eligibility criteria & paper pattern

Banasthali University, Jaipur has announced the notification for all interested candidates to take admissions into various programs like Bachelor and Master. The Banasthali university admissions 2016 online application end on 5th May 2016 and the courses offered in Arts, Education, Business Administration, Computer Application, Pharmacy, Science, and Design in Bachelor and Education, Philosophy, Arts, Design, integrated LLB, Ph.D., Science in Masters.

In BUAT exam, there are 3 methods of obtaining the Application Form. One may send a Demand Draft of 800/- in favour of “BanasthaliVidyapith” payable at Banasthali /Jaipur to Secretary – BanasthaliVidyapith, P.O. BANASTHALI VIDYAPITH- 304022 (Rajasthan). Or,the form in person upon payment of INR 800/- in cash from

Banasthali University exam pattern would have four subjects Physics/Chemistry, Maths/Biology, Logical Reasoning. In total 100 questions held in multiple choice questions. The test duration will be 150 minutes. For Physics/Chemistry and Maths/Biology contains 40 questions in 60 minutes. The Logical reasoning has 20 questions for 30 minutes. Hence, there is a negative marking for every incorrect answer deducts 1/4th marks from the total obtained marks.

Eligibility Criteria:

The candidates must have passed their 12th class from any recognized Board / University. For B.Tech. (CSE/EC/EI/EE/IT/CE/BT), having the minimum of 60% aggregate in the 10+2 Examination.However, it is necessary with the subjects Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM). Hence, the minimum eligibility for appearing in the Banasthali University Aptitude Test for students passing their 12th grades from Banasthali University will be 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.

For SC/ ST applicants the minimum eligibility is 40% aggregate in the 10+2 Examination with the same subjects as above. The minimum eligibility is 40% aggregate in the 10+2 Examination for Foreign Nationals & NRI/NRI applicants.

Hence, the selection process will be based on their admissions directly on merit.

  • The applicants have to fill the application form carefully with required details
  • If, the candidate applying in offline should send the application form along with DD Rs. 800/- to the below address
