Started as a small group in 2009, over the time BYK has grown as a credible organization with several notable achievements. Those are ranging from providing scholarships to needy students to active participations in organizing social events promoting the rich culture of Hinduism in general and Brahmins in particular.

The journey has not only nurtured us into responsible persons furthermore it taught us the need for a collective action for the development of our Brahmin community. The existence of the Sanatana Dharma and the universe which relies on it is due to the relentless effort of the incarnation of Lord Parama Shiva – “Jagadguru Shri Adi Shankaracharya”.

Twelve centuries ago, in a short life span of 32 years Shri Adi Shankaracharya toured the entire Bharatakanda, to re-establish the sanatana dharma by promoting the Advaita philosophy. In the present scenario, where the impact of western culture is deteriorating the Sanatana Dharma, Brahmin Yuva Kendra took the responsibility to spread the message of the Jagadguru among the youth.

As a part of this effort, Brahmin Yuva Kendra is celebrating the Adi Shankaracharya Jayanti as Shri Shankara Vaibhavam. In lieu of this auspicious occasion Brahmin Yuva Kendra invites everyone to be part of the celebration and seek the divine blessings of Jagadguru Shri Adi Shankaracharya.
