Case Filed Against Rajinikanth’s Kabali

A case has been filed on the makers of Rajinikanth’s Kabali for having controversial lyrics in the Ulagam Orvanukka song.

As we know that Rajini’s Kabali is going to hit the screens on July 22. There are still 5 days to go for Kabali release date to roll around and yet fans are already going crazy making preparations for the big day and most have targeted the first day first show (FDFS) to get all the bragging rights.

As per source, An office-bearer of an outfit named Netaji Subash Sena has filed a petition in the Madras High Court Bench here seeking a direction to Madurai city police to register a case against the makers of Rajini-starrer Kabali for incorporating “controversial” lyrics in the Ulagam Oruvanukka song. The petitioner V. Maharajan claimed that the lyrics had caste-based intonations that could hurt the sentiments of people belonging to General Category and Backward Classes. Claiming to have lodged a complaint with Tirunagar police here on July 2, he sought a direction to register a FIR.
