B-Town actor and comedian Kapil Sharma faced big blow from BMC officials for committing illegal flat renovations which are at 9th floor in the Goregaon high rise DLH Enclave. As per latest news, the FIR was already filed against the comedian along with actor Irrfan Khan.

Kapil Sharma was in the news last week by sending interesting tweets to PM Modi. Kapil Sharma made a complaint against BMC official for demanding Rs. 5, 00, 000 as a bribe for constructing an office in his bungalow in Mumbai. His tweets complaining to PM Modi became popular, and the civic officials from BMC had faced serious criticism over his tweets. Now the BMC officials found the rush against the actor on Monday, and they filed a FIR against him for doing illegal constructions to his flat.

Few political parties like Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) and the Samajwadi Party (SP) move towards different agencies on Monday to complain against the actor for illegal flat constructions like elevation features, Ducts, Voids, Common passage and parking slots.

According to the latest report, BMC officials have found big violations in 15 flats in DLH enclave in Goregaon where Kapil Sharma and Irrfan Khan have their flats. Apart from Kapil Sharma, the FIR reports actor Irrfan Khan and three more flat owners names (GurdeepNarang, Sara Maine, and Shri Verma).

If it is condemned, both Kapil and Irrfan may face three years jail or will pay a fine of Rs. 2,000-5,000.

The FIR has registered by P-South ward sub engineer Abhay Jagtap including the flat owners and the builder under section 53(7) of the Maharashtra Regional Town Planning Act, 1996. This part deals with accusing flat owners of not complying with notices against unauthorized constructions.

  1. According to the latest updates, his apartment in Oshiwara high Rise could be devastated
  2. As per rules, the demolishing cost of any illegal structures must be tolerated by the owner itself. So, Kapil may be responsible to pay the demolishing cost of the illegal portions of his office space in Andheri.
  3. There will be a threat from rivals and political parties to protest against his TV shows
  4. Whether investigation may be held or not, Kapil ignored Coastal Regulatory Zone (CRZ) terms and conditions which are being demanded by Environmental activists. So definitely he may face serious troubles in future.
