Charge Sheet on 21 MLAs of Aam Aadmi Party | CM Kejriwal in risk

Delhi, June 18: Policemen are likely to file a charge sheet on 21 AAP MLAs along with CM Arvind Kejriwal whose criminal cases was filed in various police stations at Delhi.

It is like a bad time to AAP party, the members are facing trouble with Somnath Bharti domestic violence case and another for Jitender Singh Tomar fake degree. Now one more trouble, as per reports Delhi police are planning to file a charge sheet among 21 MLAs of Aam Aadmi Party along with Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal.

The party reacted against it and leader Sanjay Singh said that, “ NDA government was using the issue through the help of Delhi police to divert the attention of people from the External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj, Delhi police are acting against us, but what about BJP leaders criminal charges against them?”.

As per Delhi police records, total 48 cases were filed against AAP party MLAs and three cases against chief minister Mr. Kejriwal. Among those, 20 cases are pending trial and 24 are being investigated. Naresh Baliyan is allegedly accused in liquor bottle case, Manoj Kumar was in charge sheet for a molestation case. And Delhi Assembly Speaker Ram Niwas Goel has also been charged on serious offences of beating up people.
