Court: Deadline For Actor Madhavan

The Madras High Court has issued a notice to actor Madhavan on a PIL accusing him of land purchased by him in Dindigul district.

Actor Madhavan is one of the top most heroes in the Indian Film industry and made huge popularity. Sensational actor, who is riding high on the stupendous success of ‘Irudhi Suttru,’ has been in trouble now.

According to the reports, the actor, who had purchased 4.88 acres of land on March 16, 2015, erected an electrical fence, thus destroying the channel. The actor also encroached on government land and planted coconut and guava saplings, the petitioner charged. He further submitted that in his response to a query under Right to Information Act, the Deputy Tahsildar (Headquarters), Palani had confirmed the encroachment by the actor and assured necessary action against the encroacher. But no action had been taken so far, he added.

The case came up for hearing and the honorable Judge ordered actor and the district collector to explain their versions in the case and kept a deadline of July 11th. Madhavan, after Irudhi Suttru will be acting in the remake of Charlie. AL Vijay will direct the film. Also, he will be seen in a multistarrer film with Vijay Sethupathi directed by Pushkar-Gayathri.
