Freedom 251, from its launch of the smartest phone in the world, is regularly hitting the news deck. Till now various issues like the copy of the model from iPhone, Income Tax officials visiting the Ringing Bell’s office in Noida, TRAI commenting on the license have made the company’s business operations doubtful.

Now in the latest development, Freedom 251 came under the scanning of the Department of Electronics and Information & Technology (DeitY). The DietY is planning to summon the Ringing Bells potentiality of manufacturing and the creditability to deliver the devices.

The fact, Mr.Ashok Chaddha announcing that the manufacturing cost of each unit will be around Rs.1500/- and the selling price is just Rs.251/- has raised the many questions. Whatever the business technique may be, in practical the firm’s commitment is a debatable issue now.
