Dhanush’s upcoming project is titled as ‘Kodi’. ‘Kodi’ is an upcoming Political thriller movie which is written and directed by R.S.Durai Senthilkumar. The movie is funded by Dhanush’s home banner Wunderbar Films. This is the third time they are collaborating with Durai Senthilkumar.
The first two times are for ‘Ethir Neechal’ and ‘Kaaki Sattai’. Dhanush will be seen in dual roles. Santosh Narayanan scores tunes. Movie Technical team features S.Venkatesh for cinematography and KL Praveen for cuts. The movie also features Trisha and Shamili in female lead roles.
S.A.Chandrasekar will be doing a crucial role. Sathish will provide comical relief. It is touted that Trisha’s character will be filled with negative shades. The shooting was delayed due to deluge and now the shooting went on floors.The movie went on floors yesterday.
Actor Dhanush tweeted and confirmed the news. He tweeted, “With all your blessings #kodi shooting begins from today directed by Durai Senthil Kumar. Happy to team up Santosh Narayanan for d 1st time.” Watch out this space for more updates.
