Chennai: Tamil Director Pandiraj spoke about his next film Idhu Namma Aalu and said that the movie has been delayed due to various reasons and don’t blame Nayantara for this.
Director Pandiraj is happy as two of his last releases were declared as blockbusters. ‘Pasanga 2’ and ‘Kathakali’ are minting money at Box-office and the director is happy with the response. His ‘Idhu Namma Aalu’ is still facing trouble. Simbu and Nayantara did lead roles.
Supporting cast features actors like Soori, Andrea Jeremiah, Arjunan, Jayaprakash, Udhayabanu Maheshwaran, Dheepa Ramanujam and Amuthavaani Arumugam. Kuralarasan scored tunes. Rest of the Technical team features Balasubramaniam for cinematography and KL Praveen for editing.
Simbu Cine Arts banner produced the project. Recently Sri Thenandal Films gave up the distribution rights. Now Director Pandiraj opened about the situation of the movie. He said, “I am happy with the success of Pasanga 2 as well as Kathakali. This is an expected one.
The long wait after ‘Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga’ ended finally. ‘Idhu Namma Aalu’ release is not in my hands. The reason for delay is not Nayantara. She completed her portions in the stipulated time. Only the producer should decide the release of the movie.”
