DNB CET 2016 exam dates are announced by National Board of Examinations (NBE). The exam will conducts from 30th June 2016 to 3rd July 2016. The application is in online mode from official website.
Diplomate of National Board Centralized Entrance Test (DNB CET 2016) is a qualifying-cum-ranking examination for entry to various post-graduate programs including direct 6 years course in the specialty of Plastic Surgery, Neuro-Surgery, Cardiothoracic Surgery and Pediatric Surgery.
The DNB CET 2016 paper pattern will have the 300 multiple choice questions and the paper will be asked in English language only. However, it is a computer based exam. Moreover, there is no negative marking for incorrect answer. The duration of the exam is 3 hours 15 minutes.
The Syllabus for the exam shall comprise of subjects /knowledge areas as per the Graduate Medical Education Regulations issued by Medical Council of India with prior approval of Government of India.
Online registrations are starts and the candidates have the option of choosing their test center, date and time through online registration and scheduling system. The exam is conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) twice a year (January and July session).
Candidates will be required to pay the exam fees (Rs 4500) online using their credit/debit cards issued by banks in India or through net banking.
