Drishyam is a remake of Malayalam Block Buster Drushyam starring Mohanlal in lead role. This movie was remaked in many languages and now it is released in Hindi Version also under the direction of Nishikant Kamat and production by Kumar Mangat Pathak, Ajit Andhare, Abhishek Pathak under Panaroma studios company. Drishyam Movie Review
As we know Drishyam is a remake movie which has been told in many languages like Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam. Recently in Tamil, it was named as Papanasam with Kamal Hassan in main lead role. The Hindi version of movie has some talented actress like Senior Actor Ajay Devgan, Tabu in Police Officer role and Shriya Saran played the role of Ajay’s wife. Ajay Devgan gave the best performance and Tabu also acted very well in her character.
The story already knows to all and there is no special in that but the Screenplay of the movie may keep your attention. Director Screen play, good production values, Star cast performance is main highlight for the film. Although it was released in so many languages, the way Nishikant shaped the movie well with his brilliant screen play.

Storyline in Brief
The story line is a same as like previous versions Drushyam and Papanasam. The scenes opened with Ajay Devgan sitting in Jail and tells the Flashback of story which is based in Goa. Ajay Devgan runs a cable network in his village and lives happily with his wife and two daughters. He led his life happily and in a simplistic manner by watching films.
While his daughter goes on a collage trip, due to some unfortunate events, son of Goa IG goes missing. Tabu acted as a role of IG and honest police officer. She targeted Ajay Devgan’s family due to her son missing case. The to and fro between Tabu and Ajay forms the root of the story, a thrilling movie that rotates around the missing son.
Music
The music composed by Vishal Bhardwaj is very nice and especially background score composed by Sameer Phatarpekar is really well. The album contains 4 songs. There is one melody song with three theme songs.
Star Cast Performance
Ajay Devgan once again comes back with tremendous performance with a role of Cable operator and surviving his daughter from big problem. He performed well foe few emotional scenes. Tabu whose flexibility has impressed us many films and in this movie also she grabs the attention of the audience with her role. She simply acted well in IG and honest police office character.
Ishita Dutta acted as Ajay’s Daughter and she also performed well. Shriya Saran should use this movie as a comeback film and delivers a good performance in the movie.
Audience Response
Over all movie is very nice and viewers of Bollywood also impressed with the story line and start cast performances. If you have not watched any previous versions of Drishyam, then go for it and watch this thrilling movie.
