False Tweet and Actress Earns Wrath of Social Media

Chennai: Veteran actress Khushboo Sundar is again in a controversy for tweeting Cho Ramaswamy is dead without confirmation in the micro-blogging site, Twitter.

Khushboo Sundar is a veteran actress who has predominantly acted in South Indian movies. She is always known for controversies. Even a small issue will be blown out of proportion. Now she has caught again in a controversy. She has posted on her micro-blogging site that Cho Ramaswamy is dead without confirmation.

Cho Ramaswamy who is known for various avatars like comedian, editor, political satirist, playwright and lawyer is 79 years old was admitted in a Private hospital due to respiratory problems. Doctors are giving lots of treatment and he is fighting for his life.

He is in a very critical stage and he is in hospital for more than 1.5 months. As he was struggling for his life, Khushbu’s tweet caused all havoc. She tweeted, “Sad to hear the demise of #ChoRamasamy.may his soul rest in peace..” And after few minutes, she realized she was wrong and she tweeted,”I tweeted about #ChoRamasamy avl coz I was sent a link confirming his demise n if this untrue, my 1000 apologies. .may he live a long life.”

But a single apologize tweet was not enough for everyone to calm down. Everyone started to lash around her and she once again tweeted and asked Sorry. She tweeted, “It is human 2 error..I apologized for my mistake n never deleted my tweet as I feel if I have made a mistake, let it b a lesson 4 me n learn..” The actress never deleted the wrong tweet still now.
