Hyderabad, June 9: Fish Prasadam 2015 which is medicine for asthma patients started for this annual year on Monday late night at the Exhibition Grounds of Nampally, Telangana.

 The annual fish medicine for asthma patients is on distribution to many people from 11:45 PM on Monday, June 8 which is Mrigasira Karthi day. Officials said that this distribution will go for 24 hours i.e. till today, June 8 mid night. This coincided with the onset of monsoon.

As distribution of fish medicine starts from night, people started gathering at the Exhibition Grounds from morning itself. Many people all over India who are suffering from asthma gathered here for the most popular fish medicine which cures the disease instantly. Even though it was long waiting, tokens were issued at 8:30 PM by the officials who organized.

This time for administration, Mohammed Siraj travelled along the way from Meerut in Uttar Pradesh to Hyderabad and he said that this is the sixth time he came for fish medicine distribution.

Temporary shamianas were set up but the gathering could not cop up with that count. There are many people and sufficient numbers of queue lines are set up to issue tokens. Still, with these many facilities, patients and their family members faced difficulties to reach the destination for that medicine.

The arrangements were made to 75,000 to one lakh patients and expected huge number of family members. The management team and voluntary organisations like Agarwal Samaj, Badri Vishal Pannalal Pitti, AP Basava Samithi distributed free food to the people present at the grounds.

It is said that Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) and Hyderabad Metro Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) supplied drinking water to the visitors, where people got some relaxation at the time of long waiting.
