Google launched a photo service of Google+ with free storage space to store and organize all the world’s digital photos and videos. Google launched this app with three basic functions i.e. a secure home for photos and videos, and for organization and sharing.
The online photo service called Google Photos was publicized on 27th May, 2015 Thursday with unrestricted storage of all images up to 16 megapixels and high-definition video up to 1080p. This service will be available as an app on Android and Apple device users. For desktops it is available in a URL i.e. photos.google.com.
Google launched this service with aim to be as a one store for all your images and videos. Users can share, edit the photos through service and can upload unlimited images and videos from all devices. The image can be organized by the places, people and things and user can search for image with whatever remembered about the image without any description. Though this service user can easily edit, create collages, animations, stories and share photos with even people who don’t have this app.
And it has a slew of new feature called Assistant, which shows fun new things and helps to manage photos and creates videos automatically from photos.
