Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board was formed in the year of 1960 since that year it is responsible for main and supplementary public examinations for both class 10 and class 12th. For this academic year the board has conducted the SSC examinations for more than 7 lakh students across 335 centers and HSC examinations for more than 2 lakh students across 158 centers.
