Chennai: Recent Kollywood release ‘Trisha Illana Nayantara’ movie actor GV Prakash spoke to media regarding his upcoming projects in the Tamil film industry and revealed some news.
GV Prakash is one of the lead actors in Kollywood as both of his movies tasted huge success. The recent release ‘Trisha Illana Nayanthara’ got mixed response but still it made huge profits at Box-Office. The actor’s upcoming release ‘Pencil’ is already making good trade even before release.
The composer debuted with the movie ‘Darling’ and the horror comedy gave him the perfect base. ‘Trisha Illana Nayantara’ showed him in a new dimension. The young music composer has ‘Bruce Lee’, ‘Ketta Paiyan Intha Karthi’ in pipeline. Regarding his new projects, GV Prakash says,
“I composed songs for more than 50 movies. My journey started when Sam Anton narrated ‘Darling’ script last June. As I have worked as music composer for lots of movies, it was easy for me to understand the commercial viability of the script.
I easily understand what works on-screen and what won’t. And that might be the reasons why both Darling and TIN made very good profits for all its stakeholders. ‘Darling’ was appreciated by Kids and Families and ‘Trisha Illana Nayanthara’ is just for youngsters. ‘Ketta Payada Indha Karthi’ will have shades of ‘Yaaradi Nee Mohini’ and ‘Bruce Lee’ will be a kids movie. It will have shades of Rajini’s ‘Thillu Mullu’.
