Syria, 5 May: 25 years Haneef Waseem, an engineering student from Hyderabad dies in Syria on 15 March this year while fighting for Islamic State ISIL. A report from Intel Agencies.

An engineering student from Hyderabad, India named Haneef Waseem who recently joined with Islamic State reportedly died while fighting in Syria. Last year in November 2014, Haneef went to London for his higher studies. Report says that, he went there for a master’s degree in engineering and got influenced by the Islamic State.

Previously in India, 25 years old Haneef got his degree from Shadan College of Engineering and his native place is Mancherial in Adilabad district, Telangana. Report from intelligence sources also added that, for the last time, he visited India in last February for his sister wedding. He also took one of his friends from Karimnagar district for which searches are on.

It’s a matter of sad for entire India that several youth got influenced by the speeches of ISIL Chief Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. They are going to join the “jihad” in Iraq and Syria.
