Hyderabad: Fixed Deposited of Rs. 8 crores which  belonging to High court of the Hyderabad was found withdrawing illegally from the Malkarjgiri bank which is running by the State recently, police said this thing on Tuesday.

This year, Rs. 9 crores which  containing to the High Court Liquidated Funds was deposited in the bank in the form of FDs in the month of October. The thing is, fake deposits bonds have issued to the depositor, but original bonds have been found by using subsequently for withdrawing the FDs amount too early, said M Ravichandran Reddy who is an assistant commissioner of police.

ACP added that approximately 13 accounts have transferred the money, and they were probing the main role and bank officials who played the key role for happening it. Police have held few people for questioning in this case.

The official of Liquidator Hyderabad High Court has given a complaint along with Malkajgiri Police and the case has been filed in various sections i.e. cheating, forgery and other relevant offences.
