Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras, is going to take Humanities & Social Sciences Entrance Examination (HSEE). The exam is conducted for taking admission to integrated Master of Arts (M.A) in Development Studies and integrated M.A in English studies programs for the session 2016. The program has a total of 46 seats; each stream will have 23 seats and course duration is 3 years. Interested candidates who wish to take admission in offered courses must have passed for the first time in 2015 or should be appearing in 2016 in any one of the following qualifying examinations (QE).
- Should pass in final examination of the 10+2 system.
- Intermediate or two-year Pre-University examination and
- The final examination of the two-year course of the Joint Services Wing of the National Defence Academy.
