Hyderabad: National Genomics, Biology, Bioinformatics and Technologies (NGBT) conference fifth edition started yesterday, October 1 which is a three day international conference.
The fifth edition of National Genomics, Biology, Bioinformatics and Technologies (NGBT) conference was held successfully at Hyderabad on October 1st. This is three-day international conference and it was co-hosted by three organizations.
The three-day international conference is being co-hosted by SciGenom Research Foundation (SGRF), Center for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB), and Institute of Bioinformatics (IOB) and will have speakers from well-known research institutes from across the globe.
Medgenome CEO Sam Santhosh gave valuable speech and he said that, “This conference provides a platform to bring academia and industry in genomics and related technologies together”. This year the function would see more than 90 talks on various topics ranging from medical/plant/animal genomics to structural biology to oncogenic signaling and bioinformatics.
They also said, conference will include 12 keynote lectures from luminaries who have made significant contributions in their area of research. It would further exciting developments in genomics technologies and their applications in life science including human, plant and animal biology, drug discovery, clinical trials and personalized therapy.
