Mumbai: Deepika Padukone who paired with Ranbir Kapoor has confessed that she is just happy for her co-star’s performance and as he is praised for his performance.

‘Tamasha’ featured Deepika and Ranbir Kapoor in lead roles. The movie which released on November 27th opened to positive critics. Imtiaz Ali directed the project. The entire team recently celebrated the success. This success was much necessary to Ranbir Kapoor as most of his movies were failure in recent times.

Deepika Padukone who paired with him has confessed that she is just happy for her co-star.  Deepika before the release of the movie itself supported Ranbir Kapoor and she said he will bounce back. Now during the success meet, Deepika Padukone said,

“I can’t take all the credits to myself. This movie is just a total effort from everyone in the team. Everyone has worked for the movie. I am happy that finally people’s reaction about Ranbir has changed and he is praised for his performance.

I knew that Ranbir’s last three movies were failures and people were criticizing him. But he proved that everyone else were wrong. He is a talented young chap and I just want him to be happy.”
