Institute of Banking Personnel Selection IBPS PO Main exam paper pattern and important things that you need to consider before going to attend the bank exam is here for aspirants who applied.

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will be accompanying the recruitment examination for the posts of Probationary Officer. The candidates should pull up their socks as only two days left the examination. The preliminary examination is scheduled to be held on October 3, October 4, October 10 and October 11 and the main examination will be conducted on October 31.

The main examination will consist of 200 objective type (multiple choice questions) each of 200 marks and carries a total of 200 marks. The examination pattern is bifurcated into five sections i.e. Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness with special reference to the Banking Industry and Computer Knowledge. The duration of the exam is of two hours.

The candidates must note that there will be negative marking for wrong answers in both preliminary exam and main exam – one -fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to the question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at the final corrected score.

The organization has published the admit card at the official website the link for which is, ibps.in. The candidates must carry the admit card at the examination center, failing which they will not be allowed to sit for the exam.

IBPS PO Main Exam Paper Pattern

  1. The online examination will consists of 200 objective type (multiple choice questions) each of 200 marks and carries a total of 200 marks.
