India: IIT JAM online application process will be started from September 2 and Joint Admission Test is scheduled for February 7 for admissions into various Ph.D degree courses, M.Sc, etc.
The Joint Admission Test (JAM) 2016 exam is scheduled by the IIT Guwahati board and as per latest updates; the examination is scheduled to be conducted on 7th February 2015 all over India. Lakhs of candidates registered for the exam and all are eagerly waiting for exam.
As per latest updates, organization is receiving online applications from eligible people and online registrations starts from September 2. The written exam will be scheduled on February 7th and this written exam is conducting every year for taking admissions into integrated Ph.D degree courses at IISc Bangalore and M.Sc (2 years), Joint M.Sc-Ph.D, M.Sc-Ph.D dual degree, M.Sc M.Tech and other post bachelor degree programmes at IITs.
The registration forms will be available from September 2. The recruitment exam will be conducted by IIT Madras and approximately 1629 seats are available at various IITs and IIScs. The online test will be held at various exam centers in the country and the results will be announced on March 23, 2016.
The candidates who are interested for this exam, they must have completed graduation with at least 55% marks. There will be total 7 papers for the JAM 2016 exam namely, biological sciences, biotechnology, chemistry, geology, mathematics, and physics
The last date for submission of application is October 14. The exam will be conducted on February 7 and results will be announced on March 23.
