Income Tax Completely Targets Cinema Industry

Chennai: Recent sources say that Income Tax department has completely turned its head towards film industry and targeting all film makers including actors and actress.

Income Tax department has completely turned its head towards movie industry these days and the exact reason behind this is unknown. Income Tax department mostly conducts raids on business entrepreneurs who earn in millions and billions.

But recently the raids are happening at cinema industry. Earlier Vijay, Nayantara, Samantha faced raid troubles. It was said that Vijay has evaded tax for five years and Samantha has got tax exemption through her Pratyusha foundation.

Inside source revealed that despite earning crores, Samantha never paid a single penny for tax and the reason is her Pratyusha foundation. She uses that to get benefits of Tax exemption. This is not just about Samantha, most celebrities have their own trust and the only motive is to get tax evasion and there is no good will.

Income Tax raids happened recently in ‘Puli’ team and ‘Bruce Lee’ team. However ‘Puli’ got delayed release due to these raids and ‘Bruce Lee’ got released on time. It was said that IT people never found anything in these raids. But inside sources has claimed lots of assets were abducted.
