Mumbai: Film maker cum director Sajid Nadiadwala is now under trouble over Income Tax issue. Income Tax department raids him over Kick and Tamasha movie earning issues.

Sajid Nadiadwala is a famous Indian Producer and Director. He started his own production house and named it as “Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment Pvt Ltd”. He started to produce movies from 1992. His first film was ‘Zulm Ki Hukumat’ and it featured Dharmendra and Govinda.

Later gradually he became a leading producer and produced some hit movie Slike, Jeet (1996), Judwaa (1997), Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega (2000) and Mujhse Shaadi Karogi (2004). He even transformed into a Director with the movie ‘Kick’ in July’14. The movie featured Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez in lead roles.

The movie made 200 Crores and it was the biggest hit for him in his career. Recently he funded Imtiaz Ali’s ‘Tamasha’ featuring Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone. In this case as the movie was making profits, it also got attention from Income Tax department.

The raids started by Monday morning and it happened till yesterday night. Sources said as all his movies were huge profits IT came and questioned. As per reports, ‘Tamasha’ lead actor Ranbir kapoor will also be interrogated.
