Jitender Singh Tomar Fake Degree Case: Minister Now Faces Expulsion from AAP

New Delhi, June 12: Prior Delhi law minister Jitender Singh Tomar who was arrested in the case of fake degree crime, might be excluded from the Aam Aadmi Party.

As per reports the Aam Aadmi Party which has been supporting Jitender singh Tomar who was under the arrest for allegedly forging his degrees, finally loosed patience and thinking to exclude him from the Party.

Two senior party leaders of party have indicated that, “Tomar could face the expulsion from AAP and we have zero tolerance on such issues. He was given a fair opportunity but he tried to mislead the party, so there is a possibility that he may be excluded from the party”.

According to the reports Delhi Chief Minister and AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal is extremely upset with Tomar and he had convinced him that he was innocent by showing his fake degree. The party leaders referred the issue to AAP’s internal Lokpal and action will be taken after the reported submitted by the body which includes PS officer N Dilip Kumar, educationist S P Verma and former DG CISF Rakesh Sinha.

An FIR was registered against Tomar on 8th June under cheating, forgery, using forged documents as genuine crimes at Hauz Khas police station. After the inquiry police found that Tomar not only submitted fake degree and he forged migration certificate also.
