The musical gangster film Kannada Jigarthanda Official Trailer has been released and gets a positive response from the audience.

Kannada Jigarthanda Official Trailer features Rahul and Ravi Shankar in the lead roles. The critically acclaimed Tamil gangster film Jigarthanda is being remade in Kannada with the same name. The film, made under Kicha Creations in association with SRV Productions, is being produced by Sudeep, Sathyanarayan, and Raghunath.

As per source, “Rahul will be reprising the role of Siddharth, while I’ll play Bobby Simha part in the remake. We’ve already started shooting,” said Ravi Shankar, who plays the main antagonist. The remake also features Samyukta Hornad in the role originally played by Lakshmi Menon.The makers have released the Kannada Jigarthanda Official Trailer on June 17th and got a positive response from the fans.

Talking about his role, Shankar said: “When I watched the original, I was stunned by the performance of Simha, who also won a National Award for it. I’m trying to bring a new perspective to the character with my experience.” The film will be directed by actor Sudeep and music by Arjun Janya.
