Mumbai: Kapil Sharma is being recognized by animal rights organization for his dedication and love towards homeless animals and won PETA award

Kapil Sharma is well-known and popular person from the ultimate TV show “Comedy Nights with Kapil”. Kapil is being recognized by animal rights organization for his dedication and love towards animals. He will be honoured with PETS’s person of the year award by the animal rights organization.

The committee has decided to give this prestigious award to Kapil to endorse kindness for homeless dogs as well as their adoption. Responding to this Kapil Sharma Said, “I thrilled to hear the news of PETA award and thanks for the organization for recognized me for helping animals”.

Kapil recently adopted dog named Zanjeer. He said, “Each one of who has the time, resources and patience to welcome an animal companion into our homes should adopt a needy dog or cat from shelters or the streets. Zanjeer and I will cherish this PETA award forever.

Sachin Bangera, PETA India manager said, “Kapil Sharma uses his image and star power for the sake of animals across India. PETA is recognizing that type of people only those who adopt homeless animals and take care of them”.

Past recipients of PETA’s Person of the Year Award include Shashi Tharoor, former Supreme Court Justice KS Panicker Radhakrishnan, and actors Hema Malini, R Madhavan and Jacqueline Fernandez.
