A blast in Karachi, Pakistan port city took away the lives of two people and 12 injured in that explosion occurred on Friday near a bus stop.
As per the reports from the officials, two policemen were killed and 12 injured in the explosion that took place at the southern Pakistani port city of Karachi. Most of the victims were policemen in the blast.
In a motorcycle near Murghi Khana bus stop, the bombs are placed which exploded and caused lot of damage. In the Quaidabad area of Karachi, when a bus of Sindh Police special security came nearby, the explosives are exploded.
During the blast, there were around 50 policemen in the bus of special security.
All the victims of the bomb blast were shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) for treatment as soon as the rescue teams reached the place to save life of many people who were injured.
Reports from the team say that two policemen succumbed to their wounds at the hospital.
It is said that out of 14 brought to the hospital, 12 were injured and 2 are dead. Many of them are in critical position and treatment is going on.
“Most of the victims suffered ball-bearing and shrapnel injuries”, the official said.
The area is filled with fear and the people are in panic for the situation. The vehicles are being checked now to know about the bomb blast.
Rescue teams, CBI are into the investigation process to find out the information regarding the deadly bomb blast.
