Secondary source of income for Kollywood actresses

Chennai: In recent days most of the Kollywood actresses started to invest their earnings in industries like Hotel management, jewel business and real estates when their market is in peak.
In Indian film industry, there is tough competition between actresses. Last year more than 150 new actresses were introduced. This year so far there were 26 new faces. Apart from them, there are lots of existing actress. Very few Kollywood actresses like Trisha, Kajal Aggarwal, Nayantara, Samantha have cemented their spot.

So in Kollywood industry, most of the actress started to invest their earnings in industries like Hotel management, jewel business and real estates when their market is in peak. Nayanthara has invested a huge amount in the real estate. She gets remuneration of around 2.5 crores to 3 crores for a movie.

She has purchased acres and acres of land at Hyderabad, Chennai and Bangalore and has a farm house in Kerala too. Trisha and Kajal have also purchased many acres of land and currently the rate of their land has increased to a huge amount.

Tamannah has invested her money in gold business and she makes new designs of ornaments and sells the same through social websites. Kajal Aggarwal invests her money in some secondary business which she has kept as a secret. Shruthi Haasan shows more interest in buying new buildings.
