Chennai: Vijay’s upcoming Tamil movie Vijay 59 directed by Atlee and starring Samantha, Amy Jackson in female lead roles will have its title release on this Diwali.

Vijay recently watched ‘Puli’ along with his family at the famous preview theatre in Chennai. Sources said family and friends enjoyed the show and they showered praises. Now everyone including his fans are expecting the release tomorrow.

In this case we have news about his next project under Atlee direction. The movie is tentatively called as ‘Vijay 59’. Samantha and Amy Jackson are the two female leads who will be pairing opposite Vijay. Radhika Sarathkumar, Director Mahendran, ‘Naan Kadavul’ Rajendran are part of the cast.

GV Prakash handles musical department and George.C.Williams takes care of cinematography department. He earlier worked for ‘Kaththi’. The movie is funded by Kalaipuli.S.Dhanu on behalf of ‘V’ creations. The movie is progressing at swift pace and we hear the shooting is 50% completed.

The team is planning to wrap up the movie before Diwali. Now fans of Vijay can be happy as the title of the movie will be revealed on ‘Diwali’. The makers have decided this as releasing the title on a festival period will grab more attention.
