Lamborghini And Porsche Targets Women

Both Lamborghini And Porsche are now targeting woman buyers.in India. Both the car manufacturers are trying to expand their market.

In the latest development in the Indian Automobiles industry two major car manufacturing companies, Lamborghini And Porsche have adopted a new technique of expanding their market. The luxury sports cars are luring the woman buyers towards their models in India with an unusual and new formula of attraction.

Italian car manufacturer Lamborghini has taken up a unique method of attracting women. The company has never done like this anywhere globally. The company has identified 10 potential women buyers in the country and opted them for a 50-km drive. The drive started on Sunday from central Delhi to the Buddh International Circuit in Greater Noida. The selected women were from a financially strong group. They are wives and daughters of big shots in India. Anyways, the company has denied disclosing the names of the participants. Lamborghini Huracan model has the price tag of Rs.3 crores in India.

German car manufacturer Porsche has offered one of its model Cayenne  for a 20-day women’s expedition across the Himalayas in last month. Director of Porsche India has stated that the new Porsche 911 model first buyer in the country is a woman.

Nearly 55 Sports cars were sold in India in the last calendar year of 2015. The range of cars differed between Rs.1.5 Crores to Rs.3.0 Crores. Porsche, Lamborghini, Ferrari and Aston Martin are the main players in Indian Automobile industry in sports cars segment.
