India Largest carmakers Maruti Motors is expecting to launch Maruti Swift Next Generation by the end of 2017.

The first generation Maruti Swift was introduced in Japan in 2000, where it replaced the Suzuki Cultus. The second generation of Maruti Swift was launched in the year 2004. The current third version of Swift was introduced in 2010. Now, the next generation Maruti Swift will launch before FY 2018. The all-new model Swift will launch in India in late 2017. Expect the new Maruti Swift 2017 Launch Date to fall in November 2017.

However, clear details will only emerge once the concept or the production version comes into existence. Suzuki might showcase the new-gen Swift at the 2016 Frankfurt Motor Show in September. Camouflaged test mules have been spotted on various occasions, and there are some visible changes done to the exterior design. The cabin layout is expected to receive a major transformation. Even though the spy images do not reveal much, the renderings of the interiors show a tidier dashboard design with a new flat-bottomed, multi-function steering. It has been reported that the international spec Swift might be offered with a 1.4-litre Boosterjet motor, replacing the naturally aspirated 1.6-litre engine and making it more of an enthusiast’s car.

With some new features and several changes, the new Maruti Swift 2017 price range is expected to be a little higher than the existing model. We expect it to be priced between Rs. 5 lakh – Rs. 8 lakh (ex-showroom).
