If the ongoing buzz in film circle is to be believed, Niharika next upcoming project will be Telugu remake of Marathi movie Happy Journey.

The Mega Princess, Niharika has made a critically acclaimed debut with Oka Manasu which starred Naga Shourya in the male lead. To her bad luck, the very first was completely rejected by the audience at the box office. Meanwhile, the starlet is in plans of starting her second film soon.

According to the reports, her next upcoming project will be Telugu remake of Marathi movie ‘Happy Journey’, which was released in 2014 and directed by  Sachin Kundalkar. The movie is all about the love of brother and sister. A sister who hardly has seen her brother in her life and after her death, her ghost shares her experiences and helps her brother. Young actor Harshavardan Rane is going to play the lead role. Cinema Chupistha Mava fame producer Bekkam Venugopal  will bankroll this upcoming drama. The official announcement regarding this upcoming project will be made very soon.

The actress has been listening to few to several scripts for last one month. But none of Telugu writers have impressed the Naga Babu daughter with an appealing script. So, she had to go with a remake on her personal interest.
