Hyderabad, May 6: A woman, Reshma at Neredmet is arrested and taken into custody for allegedly branding her own 4 years old son Ayan with a hot iron rod for a relationship with her 2nd husband.
A surprising case happened at Neredmet, a mother allegedly branded her 4 years old son Ayan with a hot iron rod over a period of two months. The abuse came to light-weight on Monday once Riyaz, Ayan’s uncle, met him at his house recently and approached the police. There are burn marks on his body parts like hands and legs, even on lips.
The defendant Reshma married an automobile driver, Mahesh after divorcing her 1st husband a year ago. Following the divorce, Riyaz and alternative relations were taking care of Ayan.
“Riyaz told that Reshma took away the kid 2 months past. And after they asked her to send him back, she demanded Rs. 50,000 and conjointly subjected the boy to physical torture,” Neredmet Sub-Inspector James said.
Following a criticism from Riyaz, police registered a case below section 384 (extortion), 324 (hurt) and 506 (criminal intimation) of Indian legal code against Reshma and Mahesh. They were taken into custody immediately for torturing the minor kid.
