Popular music director Ravindra Jain death shocks Bollywood. He passed away at the age 71 at Lilavati Hospital here at Mumbai after a long treatment.

Veteran music director and famous lyricist Ravindra Jain has passed away at Hospital near 4:10 PM today in Mumbai. He was undergoing treatment for past few days and finally he took his last breath at Lilavati hospital in Mumbai.

Ravindra Jain was 71 year old and he was suffering from a urinary infection from past few months. He was hospitalized recently and this infection increases and causing a problems in his Kidney. The music composer was moved from Wockhardt hospital in Nagpur to Mumbai on Wednesday by a chartered air ambulance for treatment at Lilavati hospital in Bandra area.

Ravindra Jain had been unwell for quite some time and he went to Nagpur to keep his promise for a Programme which he had previously planned. He was staying in Nagpur for participating in a concert, but he did not take part in the function because of sickness and immediately he moved to Mumbai.

Jain worked for many films and in those best films are “Chor Machaye Shor”, “Geet Gaata Chal”, “Chitchor” and “Ankhiyon ke Jharokhon Se” in 1970’s. He was given a big break by Raj Kapoor, for whom he composed many super hit songs in his movies such as “Ram Teri Ganga Maili”, “Do Jasoos”, and “Heena”, which was directed by Randhir Kapoor.
