In an unnoticed incident at the SIIMA Awards 2016 function, stylish star Allu Arjun was called onto the dais for presenting an award to Nayanthara in the best actress category.
In the Tamil movie “Naanum Rowdy Than”, Nayanthara was chosen as the best actress and at the SIIMA awards 2016 function, she was presented the award. The anchors for the function has announced the name of Allu Arjun for presenting the same. But the actress has refused to take the award from Allu Arjun and asked Vignesh Shivan to present it. Allu Arjun also bagged the best character award for Gona Ganna Reddy’s role in the movie Rudramadevi at the SIIMA Awards 2016 event.
Is this taken as an Insult or a bit compliment as the actress may be having a kind of respect for receiving the award on the hands of the requested person is to be decided by the actor himself. But the media and the fans are definitely taking this incident in terms of insult. hopefully, the actress may give an explanation in this regard.
