India: PM Modi announces at Maan Ki Bhaat that to avoid corruption and help the middle class people, there will be no interview for Non-Gazetted govt jobs from January 1, 2016.

In Radio Program which was started by Prime Minister Narendra Modi called ‘Man Ki Bath’ has proclaimed elimination of interviews for Group C, D and B for non-gazetted posts. Modi made promises on Independence Day from red fort. To put corruption end in jobs the move would be beneficial.

The process of conducting interviews for lower ranks jobs have been completed by Government. For Group D, C and B non- gazetted posts have no requirement of interview in central government.

Modi said that effect of it will come from January 1st 2016. He said that practice was being eliminated since it variety of corruption and ‘dalas’ were looting poor peoples. People were getting steeled for getting employment and even they could not get a job said “Narendra Modi”.

He said that closing down of the practice will mainly help the poor who want to resort the recommendation. Modi also said in his Independence Day speech he saw youth often looking for ‘Sifarish’ after getting interview call.

The government is looking for interview must discontinue for recruitment to junior level posts where skill personality is not completely required.  Modi said like many things in Man Ki Bath program.
