No Interviews For IBPS Clerk V Posts

Exciting news for all IBPS candidates that the interviews for the posts of Clerk and Sub Staff were put on hold and this information has been proclaimed by the finance minister. We know that recently the IBPS written examination has been conducted successfully for the Clerk post.

All persons who applied for these IBPS clerk jobs have appeared in the examination and wrote successfully. Generally, after finishing the examination, selected candidates will be appeared to clear the interviews for final selection.

Actually, interviews session will organize in the month of January for all selected persons. At present the interview process has been abeyance and the report of this interview process will come to DOPT by 7th January 2016.

Few days back recruitment process for the posts of IBPS Clerk has organized and candidates also attended. Though, Finance Ministry has told the public sector banks to strengthen the written exam for clerical and sub-staff that there were no interviews for such appointments.

The decision has come from Prime Minister Narendra Modi that there will be no interview for IBPS Clerk V and also for central government jobs in Class-III and IV categories by giving as a “New Year Gift”. The Department of Personnel and Training has proclaimed recently that the skill test or physical test can continue as it is different from the interview.
