Salman Khan is still struggling to snap out of ‘Hit and Run’ case. The Hit and Run case in 2002 popped up again on 18th of November. Salman Khan earlier refuted in Mumbai High Court that his driver Ashok Singh was the one who drove the car and he confessed this only towards the end of trial.

Later his Prosecutor Sandeep Shinde requested the court to examine Singer Kamaal Khan. The prosecutor said that he was also with Salman Khan at that time. He also said the court granted permission for him to move abroad and since that he just vanished and he was untraceable.

The hearing came once again and Judge Joshi said, “With respect to section 391, the witness should be brought into case only when the circumstances entertain the application. But here there are no such circumstances filed by Mr.Khan to summon Kamaal.

There is no substantial proof to show the evidence of Kamaal. So no decision can be taken in the appeal. There are no materialistic evidences which can prove the evidence of Kamaal. Mr.Khan also did not call Kamaal as defense witness.”
