Hyderabad: Procter & Gamble is all set to set up P&G planning center at Hyderabad considering Telangana as the best place to start such a thing.
The American consumer goods which are moving fast Procter & Gamble has planned to set up a Planning Center in Telangana State to cater the requirements of its South Asia market with 100 highly skilled persons. It is also asking the help from the TS government.
Officials of delegation of the company Managing Director Rajwani met CM K. Chandrasekhar Rao on Friday. He explained overall their interest for expanding its facilities in the State and the cooperation of State Government has been sought its plans to establish the Planning Centre by Mr. Rajwani.
As per official’s point of view, Mr. Rajwani described to Chief Minister that MNS also having plans to make bigger its existing unit. It was developed in 171 acres and with 786 employee’s strength.
First of all, it thoughts recruiting 50 highly skilled persons to begin afterwards it will become 100. CM responded that Telangana was the best place to expand any activities in the country and make further investments here.
CM also suggested to Managing Director for working in KG to PG area and have large base in Telangana. Many officials though that Telangana is a best industrial policy so Chief Minister suggesting everyone for investing here.
All officials in Mahabubnagar such as MP A.P. Jithender Reddy, Additional Principal Secretary A. Shanti Kumari, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister S. Narsing Rao, Secretary Industries Arvind Kumar, Narsimha Reddy who is the Managing Director of Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation and others were attended in this occasion.
