Mumbai: Indian film actress Preity Zinta tweeted that she is not going to get married to Gene in January, she also specified that announcement about dates will be declared soon.

Preity Zinta is an Indian actress who predominantly works in Hindi and Punjabi movies. She also has worked in a couple of South Indian movies. She started her career with the movie ‘Dil Se’ in 1998. The 40 year old actress then got recognized when she did role of a single mother in the movie ‘Kya Kehna’ in 2000.

Later with movies like ‘Kal Ho Na Ho’, ‘Koi Mil Gaya’, ‘Veer Zaara’, ‘Salaam Namaste’, ‘Kabhi Alvida Naa Jehna’ she got some more recognition. She even acted in Canadian movie ‘Heaven on Earth’ and was awarded ‘Silver Hugo Award for best actress’.

The actress was earlier rumoured to get married to her long term boy friend Gene Goodenough in January. The 40 year actress also kept calm regarding all these rumours. But as the rumours spread like wild fire, she took Twitter to clear the air.

She promised that she will be sharing her marriage plans “as and when” she does it. She tweeted, Also It’s getting a bit weird telling people that I’m not getting Married in January. I PROMISE I will TELL U ALL AS & WHEN I DO !!! Ting”.
