Chennai: Upcoming Kollywood movie Pugazh which has finished its complete work is in news now, it is said that lyric writer Piraisoodan is playing one of the lead role in the Tamil cinema.

Varun Manian who stopped his wedding with Trisha is back into production. He distributes ‘Pugazh’ under his banner. The producer kept quiet for some time and now he is back again. Jai does male lead role and Surabhu pairs against him in this movie.

The technical team comprises of ‘Vadacurry’ fame Vivek-Merwin for Music and Ruben for cuts. ManiMaran who earlier directed ‘Udhayam NH4’ directs the project. The movie is produced by Sushant Prasad of Film Department and will be distributed by Varun Manian’s Radiance Media.

The Audio was released last month and it got some rave reviews. Sony Music released the audio. The movie was completed and made ready but still it is kept on hold for a free time. It is based on a playground and the politics which happen around them.

Now an inside source revealed that Lyric writer Piraisoodan is doing a crucial role in the movie. Piraisoodan is a famous lyric writer who has written more than 1000 songs to his name and he is also a talented spokesperson. The poet has appeared in few movies earlier but this is the first time he is doing a full fledged role in a movie.
