In past, a lot of rumours were heard about the name of Vijay’s 58^th film. The most assumed names among all of them were Maareesan, Marudheeran and Garuda even lot more. At last, the movie makers announced the name of the film as ‘Puli’ with a great volume in their heads.

The drone of the movie proclaims that the creators made a huge conversation about the movie title but they not yet finalised the name. Moreover, ‘Puli’ is the most accepted title by the makers, the team and the hero, Vijay. Even so, the team is likely to stay secreted with the title and they tend to announce only the name for this Pongal as it is the very big occasion to them. So, the makers of the movie have resolute to announce the film name for this festival.

The legend of kollywood, Vijay is also accepted to reveal the title for the Pongal in his official Twitter. Until, the name of the film will be spelled as the name of ‘Vijay 58’ by the audience and media probably.

It is reportedly said that Vijay will be seen as a dwarf in the movie and Kiccha Sudeep plays as a baddie. A Kannada actor also plays as the queen Sridevi and the commander of her kingdom in the film. The heroine of the movie, Hansika Motwani plays as Vijay’s love and there is no word about Shruti Haasan’s character.

Till now, the shooting is going on in Mysore and the remaining parts will be shot on Chennai according to their schedules. The director of this movie is ‘Chimbudevan’ and this is made by Vijay’s earlier manager PT Selvakumar and Shibu Thameens. They said that the budget of the movie will be expected above 75 crores. This will be a fantasy com adventure film starring Kannada superstar Kiccha Sudeep, Shruti Haasan, Hansika Motwani and the actress Sridevi.
