Chennai: Rajinikanth’s upcoming movie after Kabali is in the buzz today, Enthiran 2 is set to a connection with Shankar’s recent release, I movie; Amy Jackson who did female lead is to act in this also.

‘Baahubali’ which released on July opened new doors and Director Shankar is keen to break the record. The director confirmed the sequel of ‘Enthiran’ and LYCA International will produce the movie on a lavish scale. If sources are to be trusted, the movie will go on floors from February.

Rajinikanth is currently working for ‘Kabali’ and he has given 106 days of call sheet for that project. So it is possible for him to join the sets of ‘Enthiran 2 ‘ only by next year. But director Shankar doesn’t want to waste any time and he has already started the pre-production work.

He has also confirmed the technical team. The technical team includes A.R.Rahman for Music, T.Muthuraj for Art direction and Srinivas Mohan for Visual effects. Antony will provide the cuts. Shankar also planned to shoot few sequences in 3D motion capture just like ‘The Adventures of Tin Tin’.

This project will now have a connection with Shankar’s earlier release ‘I’. Amy Jackson who did female lead role in ‘I’ might do the female lead role in ‘Enthiran 2’ also. The British actress posed with few robots and tweeted, “And they tell me that this is work!? Yesterday was absolutely epic. Can’t wait to fill you all in on it.” Speculations are on that the actress might do the female lead role.
