Chennai: Raju Marugan ongoing Tamil Cinema Cuckoo that is based on real love story of Ilavarasan and Divya on Dharmapuri is not a story based on caste but only love.
Kollywood is often getting incessant rumors on most of the directors. The recent rumor was ‘Cuckoo’ Raju Murugan directing the real love story of Ilavarasan and Divya on Dharmapuri. The news confirmed that the shooting will start from month of December at the same place.
Raju Murugan who worked as a journalist in ‘Vikatan’ magazine has turned out to be a director. He worked as an assistant to Director Lingusamy and he was a former assistant in projects like ‘Bheemaa’ and ‘Paiyaa’. He made his debut with the movie ‘Cuckoo’.
That movie spoke about the love between two visually impaired people. It is one of the beautiful love tale. Dinesh and Malavika Nair did the lead roles in that project. With that success he even became a notable director. The director now penns dialogues for Karthi’s ‘Thozha’ movie.
Regarding his next project the director said, “There is zero truth in what you heard. I have never signed any new movie. My next movie will be based on locales of Dharmapuri. But it is not based on that ‘caste’ love story. The producers were also not finalized.”
