Upasana Konidala is the granddaughter of Prathap C. Reddy, the Executive Chairman of Apollo Hospitals. She is the vice-chairman of Apollo Charity and chief editor of ‘B Positive’ magazine. Ram Charan and Upasana got married on 14 June 2012 at the Temple Trees Farm House.

She became a celebrity and familiar face in the Telugu States after marrying Tollywood star Ram Charan. Now, she is planning to use her popularity in a right manner. As a noted film star or celebrity, it becomes a big deal when you say or do something and many celebrities do their own groundwork before endorsing any product or brand. As part of the promotional campaign of Apollo Life, Few Television Ads will be shot and Ram Charan wife would feature in them. Actually, she needn’t learn to act from her Hubby for the commercial.

Sources say, only a Photograph of Upasana carrying her signature will be shown in the last few seconds of the Ad. This could just be a stepping stone and Charan’s wife might do a full-length Ad with Ram Charan for Apollo Life in the near future.
